Shaker Design The GM-2000 Shale Shaker is a linear motion, double deck shaker, available with hydraulically (H) or electrically (E) driven vibrator. Basket tilting is available in front. Screen tension For optimum performance and max capacity, both shaker decks include automatic screen tension system for constant screen tension during operation and easy installation/removal of screens (2-3 minutes). Vibrator unit The GM-2000 vibrator unit has adjustable stroke and vibrating angle and it is possible to run the vibrator in straight or eleptical motion. Maintenance Minimum maintenance is required by visual inspection, general cleaning and vibrator oil change. The GM shale shaker system is custom built to suit your specific requirements for space, layout etc. The system can include 4-8 shaker units, arranged in line or as FAF (front against front) with common cuttings chute. The std. header box and mud gutter are both slim designed to prevent settling during operation and fitted with “wave traps”. A shaker flow divider box can be delivered with separate pipelines routed directly to each shaker unit. Separate mud ditches will route the clean mud directly into the mud treatment tank top chute. This arrangement do not require common header box or mud gutter. Oseberg East Shakers
