GM In-Line Degasser

The GM-IN LINE DEGASSER is designed for installation in the mud return flow line, in front of the spreader box and the shale shaker units.

The Unit has the following functions:

Removal of gas and gumbo from the mud before the mud is divided equally to each shaker. The top section of the unit will remove all solids and gumbo above 30 mm diameter. The degassing chamber includes hydraulic driven, centrifugal impeller, which will split the gas from the mud and the gas will be vented out by a hydraulic driven fan through a 4” vent line, while the degassed mud will be gravity fed into the shaker spreader box.
